Scott Cruickshank, Chairman

Scott Cruickshank is CEO of CSID and has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services and technology industries. Cruickshank leads the effort to grow demand from global businesses for identity protection and fraud detection technologies that can protect their customers based in the U.S. and worldwide.

Prior to joining CSID, he served as board director, president and COO at CyberSource Corporation (NASDAQ: CYBS) prior to its acquisition by Visa (NYSE: V) in July of 2010, a global provider of online payment solutions that streamline fraud management and simplify payment security. Cruickshank lead the firm’s global sales, marketing and customer support functions. Before CyberSource, Cruickshank was president and COO of Qsent, and prior to that, he served as chief sales and marketing officer at Chase Paymentech where he led sales, customer care, marketing and service operations functions. Cruickshank was senior vice president of First Data Merchant Services and managing partner of Bank One Payment Services (BOPS), prior to BOPS merger with Chase Paymentech in 1999. Andrew Flett is Principal at Investcorp Technology Partners. A 14-year veteran of the private equity industry, Andrew Flett first joined Investcorp in 1998. His transaction experience includes investing in growth equity and buyout transactions in the United States, Canada, and Western Europe. In particular, Andrew has focused on investments in the following industries: semiconductors, cloud computing, video processing, enterprise software, and wireless networking technologies.

Prior to his private equity career, Andrew spent time in Canada and South America helping solve the unique technology challenges of a world-class gold mining company, Placer Dome, and was a founder of several consulting companies focusing on corporate and government technology strategy. Related to Investcorp’s investing activities, Andrew currently sits on the boards of Wells-CTI, Fleetmatics, and Magnum Semiconductor. Andrew holds a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Victoria, British Columbia, Canada and an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. James Mansour, Director

James Mansour has a long history in successfully building and operating telecommunications companies. Mansour graduated summa cum laude from Millsaps College with a B.B.A. in Accounting. He then went on to become a Certified Public Accountant, and received the Richard G. Bell Merit Scholarship Award to Tulane University. He graduated from Tulane University School of Law in 1984.

In 1984, Mansour started National Telecommunications of Austin, which became one of the largest regional long-distance carriers in the country. After selling it to LDDS WorldCom, Inc. in 1991, he co-founded National Telecommunications of Florida (NTF), which became the 17th largest long-distance company in the United States. Following a short period at GroupTel, a metropolitan fiber optic based carrier in Toronto, Mansour lead investors to recapitalize Clearwire Technologies of Dallas, which became a leader in the fixed wireless MMDS market, and served as Chairman and CEO of Clearwire until 2001 when the company was purchased.

Mansour currently serves as a board member, and CEO of Tenura Holdings, Inc., diversified Real Estate Company, and as a board member of CSID. Previously he served as Chairman of Grande Communications, and on the boards of ATX Technologies, Inc., GT Groups Holdings, Netspeed, Inc., and Netpliance, Inc. (Tipping Point). He also served as Founding Chairman and on the board of CEO America, a non-profit organization providing education scholarships for low-income children in grades K-8. He was appointed to the Governor’s Business Council in 2006 and the state’s Advisory Board of Economic Development Stakeholders in 2007.

In August 2005, Mansour’s wife, Sarah, was diagnosed with breast cancer. Over the course of her treatment, Mr. Mansour became familiar with the various forms of treatment available to cancer patients, leading him to become active in cancer advocacy and scientific studies leading to new cancer treatments. In August of 2008, Mr. Mansour was elected Chairman of the Cancer Prevention Research Institute of Texas (CPRIT). Dr. Dirk Schmücking, Director

Dr. Dirk Schmücking re-joined Investcorp Technology Partners in 2007. Previously, he was a Principal at General Atlantic, based in Düsseldorf, Germany. He had originally joined Investcorp in 2001 and before that he was a program manager for high-speed communication ICs at Infineon Technologies. He currently sits on the boards of Atrenta and CSID.

Schmücking holds an MBA from INSEAD and a doctorate (PhD) in Electrical Engineering from Technical University Munich. Ty Taylor, Director

Ty Taylor was previously the Group President of Experian Interactive which operates the websites Freecreditreport.com, Lowermybills.com, and Pricegrabber.com. He was also President of Experian Consumer Direct and served as its Chief Operating Officer. Before joining Experian, he spent eight years with Equifax, where he ultimately served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Consumer Direct business unit. Prior to that, he spent four years overseeing project costing and financial logistics for a major, international construction firm. Taylor began his career with the international accounting firm of Laventhol and Horwath.

Taylor graduated with honors from the University of South Florida in Tampa and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He also sits on the board of Voli Spirits LLC.

Joe Ross, President

Joe Ross is President and Co-Founder of CSID, with more than 15 years of experience in managing and directing corporate operations on an international level. Ross is responsible for all aspects of global operations, sales, marketing and client services for the company.

Ross is widely recognized as an identity protection industry leader and is a frequent speaker and contributor for industry events and publications.

Before joining CSID, Ross served as president of Grande Communications. Under Ross’s leadership the company grew to more than 900 employees and approximately $190 million in revenue over five years.

Ross is a member of Young President’s Organization, and also serves on the board of LifeWorks, an Austin based non-profit organization focused on providing assistance to homeless youth.

Amanda Nevins, CFO

As CSID’s CFO, Nevins directs planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the company.

Nevins has 20 years of experience in a variety of executive finance and accounting leadership positions. Prior to CSID, she was previously the Chief Financial Officer – U.S. group of Rackspace, where she led the finance functions for several corporate and division groups. Prior to Rackspace, Nevins spent almost four years with Zappos.com in a variety of roles, most recently as the Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President of Finance. At Zappos.com she was responsible for growing and managing the Accounting, Tax, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, Logistics, and Financial Planning & Analysis, as well as all SEC reporting. In addition, Amanda completed the due diligence and assisted in the landmark sale of Zappos.com to Amazon.com in 2009 for more than one billion dollars.

Previous to Zappos.com, Nevins was in a variety of senior leadership roles with GSI Commerce, Inc., exiting as the Vice President, Treasurer & Corporate Controller in 2006. GSI Commerce, Inc. is an e-commerce solutions provider for retailers, manufacturers, entertainment companies and sports organizations (GSI Commerce was acquired earlier this year by EBay for $2.4B). She was responsible for managing the Accounting, Treasury, SEC Reporting, Inventory Control and Financial Systems for the company.

Nevins is a highly regarded Finance professional, and is listed in the 2009 Treasury and Risks 100 Most Influential People in Finance. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.

John Menchaca, SVP and General Counsel

John Menchaca serves as Senior Vice President, general counsel and secretary of CSID, with responsibility for all legal activities at the company.

Prior to joining CSID in April 2010, Menchaca was a partner at Winstead PC in Austin, TX, where his primary areas of practice were securities and corporate finance, with an emphasis on venture capital and private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate and technology matters. He has extensive experience representing venture capital and private equity firms, emerging growth companies and entrepreneurs in connection with equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, public and private securities offerings, joint venture transactions and general corporate law and licensing matters.

Menchaca is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin (B.A. in Government) and Oklahoma City University School of Law (J.D.), where he graduated magna cum laude and served as an editor of the Law Review. He is a member of the Texas Bar and the American Bar Association.
