Murat Altuev, Board Member and President

Murat Altuev graduated from the Moscow Institute of Electronic Technology in 1996 with an M.S. in Computer Science. He began his career as a digital video surveillance programmer, the fastest growing and most innovative area of security technology development at that time.

In 2003 he assembled the industry's most influential security software experts – leaders who had been around since the birth of the field – and formed Axxon. With such a strong foundation, the company quickly became the industry's leading security software solution developer.

Axxon Enterprise, the universal IP-based security management platform, was born under Murat's direction and quickly grew to become Axxon's key offering. His leadership also saw the development of other advanced technologies, such as FrameMerge, MomentQuest, and Motion Wavelet. His commitment to innovation keeps Axxon employees inspired and challenged, and he credits them with the company's success.

Currently, Murat is focused on directing Axxon's technological development research and strategy, and business development.

Hazrat Kokov, Executive Director

Graduated from Kabardino-Balkar State University in 2000 with a degree in economics and in 2001 with a Law degree. During 2002 – 2003, completed a professional training course for appraisers at the International University in Moscow in “Enterprise (Business) Valuation". Began his professional career in 1998.

Starting in February 2001, worked at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kabardino-Balkaria as the chief specialist of international business relations.

In December 2002, became the head of finance department of the Moscow company "ARMI Group" (Management of health industry enterprises).

Since October 2004, he headed the group of project managers of Imbera Management Company (projects in the machine-building and forestry industries).

In August 2006, he transferred to GAZ Group Management Company - Russia's largest automobile manufacturer holding firm. As the head of the Project Department of the Spetstechnika (Specialized Equipment) Division, managed the division’s portfolio of investment projects and analyzed the companies being acquired.

Joined AxxonSoft in 2007. The scope of Hazrat Kokov’s responsibility includes overall operational management of all company divisions, as well as strategic projects.

Dmitry Shelestov, Commercial Director

Dmitry Shelestov graduated from the School of Management of the International Institute of Management, Business and Law. He is professional in the field of sales management with practical experience in both retail networks and in the B2B operations. Has been with AxxonSoft since its inception, going from Sales Manager to Commercial Director.

Dmitry Gorbanev, Technical Director

Dmitry graduated from Faculty of Mathematics of the Kabardino-Balkar State University with a degree in applied mathematics in 1997. Immediately after graduation, began working in the Department of private security at the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kabardino-Balkaria in the position of software engineer, having thus commenced his activities in the security area.

Dmitry has been working in the Murat Altuev’s team since 2000 and is one of the founding participants of AxxonSoft. Since 2006, he serves as the Technical Director and is responsible for the production of all major products of AxxonSoft.

Today, Dmitry manages the Department of Development comprised of software development services, quality control services, office of interaction with customers and partners (second tier technical support), office of international development, and the office of development of documentation and teaching methods. Currently, he continues his education towards an MBA degree.

Dmitry is responsible for the production of high quality software, documentation development, and support for Russianand foreign partners.

Evgenia Ostrovskaya, Global business development director

Evgenia Ostrovskaya graduated from Moscow State University’s Department of Mathematics and Mechanical Science in 2002. Starting in her fourth year at the university she worked as a programmer, and after graduation she began her career at the MB-Ofisnaya Tekhnika Company as the manager of the testing and analytics department. This department was responsible for quality control and technical support for the business automation software developed by MB-Ofisnaya Tekhnika.

In 2003 Evgeniya came to the AxxonSoft Company as a software testing engineer. Later she worked in the international department and directed the documentation development department and the training department. Starting in 2008 she began to participate actively in the development of the company’s international activities, and in 2009 she took the lead in this area as the director of international business development.

Now Evgenia Ostrovskaya directs the activities of all of AxxonSoft’s foreign branches except those located in the CIS. She ensures the organisation of marketing activity, training, and technical support in all offices; analyses local markets; sets priorities in the process of adapting AxxonSoft products to local markets; and coordinates the interaction of the foreign branches with AxxonSoft’s central office.

Tatiana Sokoreva, Director of software development

Tatiana Sokoreva graduated from the Moscow Institute of Electronic Technology’s Department of Electronic Engineering with a major in Automatic Control of Technical Systems in 1993. She began her career as a software engineer by participation in a project to build an automatic control system for the enterprise “Khlebozavod № 28”.

From 2000 to 2004 she worked as a programmer in the TrustWorks Company, which specialized in developing network protection products for computer systems.

From 2004 to 2008 she held various positions in the Parallels Company, starting as a programmer and ending as the architect and leader of a team for the development of a distributed system of virtual machine management.

In 2008, Tatiana began working for the AxxonSoft Company as a leading engineer, then as the head of an IP integration group. She directly participated in the creation of a new development office in Nalchik, and the IP integration group has grown into a department. The company now releases new product versions monthly.

In 2010, Tatiana Sokoreva was appointed as Director of software development. She is responsible for the overall management of software development in the company, development process management, and establishing clear patterns of interaction between departments.

Vyacheslav Bratischev, Co-founder

Director of vertical solutions development (deputy director of development)

Vyacheslav began his career in security systems development immediately after graduating from the robotics and integrated automation department of the Moscow State Technical University in 2001.

He was one of the founders of AxxonSoft and one of the originators of the products POS Intellect, Face Intellect, and Auto Intellect.

Vyacheslav Bratischev’s primary mission is to produce specialized solutions that maximally utilize the capabilities of the AxxonSoft security platform as demanded by vertical markets, and to tightly integrate solutions from third-party IT systems.

Vyacheslav also serves as an architect of products developed by the company, and is responsible for selecting the technologies and processes used for their development.
