Background

From: Wikipedia(FR): The company Morpho Systèmes was founded in 1982, then absorbed by SAGEM in 1993. A distinct company, part of the Blue cabinet/SAFRAN group, Sagem Sécurité, is founded in 2007. She is renamed into Morpho in 2010.

Morpho, has recently acquired Printrak, Motorola’s biometric technology company under the name MorphoTrak.

They are world leader in everything that is related to biometrics, and biometrics databases (with FBI, India, Interpol and the like, they probably have 1/3 of world populations somewhere in one of their databases).
