Advanced Core Operating System (ACOS) was designed with the ability to swiftly port to other processors. This makes ACOS a suitable OS for hypervisors, enabling support without substantial re-engineering and compatibility issues. Lee Chen, a Layer 4-7 networking pioneer is the former co-founder of Foundry Networks and Centillion Networks, acquired by Nortel.
He has held management and senior technical positions at Apple Computer, Convergent Technologies and InSync Group.
He holds an M.S.E.E. from San Jose State University and a B.S. in Electrophysics from National Chiao-Tung University in Taiwan.
- Raj Jalan, CTO
Raj has over 25 years of experience in the Networking Industry. Raj holds a number of patents related to L2/L3 as well as L4/L7 switching.
Prior to A10 Raj was the lead architect for Foundry Networks' ServerIron and L2/L3 switching product families.
Before Foundry he worked on a wide range of Networking technologies from Ethernet, Token-Ring, ATM and Digital Switching Systems.
He has a B.Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay.

At A10 Networks, Greg is responsible for Finance, Accounting and Human Resource Management. Greg has over 30 years experience in the financial management of technology companies, serving as CFO for multiple organizations.
Prior to A10, Greg served for 12 years as CFO for Kabira Technologies, a provider of high-performance software products to the telecommunications and financial services market.
Previously, he also served as CFO for AT&T/Pacific Bell Internet Services, Principal and General Manager for Meridian Business Systems and CFO for PacTel Finance.
Greg holds a B.S. in Finance from UC Berkeley and is the author of several books on financial and general management of small businesses.

Rob Cochran, Vice President, Legal and Corporate Collaboration Rob has 29 years of experience serving as corporate and general legal counsel for emerging technology companies.
Immediately prior to A10, for 17 years Rob was principal of a boutique law firm based in Woodside, California, where he specialized in the representation of growth corporations, and the investors funding such ventures. During this period, Rob served on the Board of Directors of numerous private corporations, and Techwell, Inc. (formerly NASDAQ: TWLL).
Earlier in his career, Rob was an International Mergers and Acquisition advisor, and Vice President and General Counsel of Mosel-Vitelic, Inc. (one of the first Silicon Valley technology companies to reorganize and successfully achieve public trading on a foreign public stock exchange).

Most recently, Hayato was Representative Director for Aspect Software where he was responsible for spearheading the overall operations in Japan.
Hayato holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from Nippon University in Japan.

Anurag has over 25 years of management and engineering experience focused in the areas of networking, security software, and client server application software development.
Prior to A10, Anurag was Senior Director of Engineering for Cisco's Services and Routing Technology Group, responsible for driving the direction and strategy for integrated WAN optimization services and security solutions.
Prior to Cisco, Anurag was the VP of Engineering for Mirapoint and over his career held numerous engineering and management positions at Silicon Graphics, Hewlett Packard and Intel.
Anurag holds a M.S. in Computer Science from University of Kansas and a Bachelor of Engineering from Birla Institute of Tech & Science.
- John Chiong, Vice President of Engineering, Program Management
John has over 25 years of experience in the Networking Industry. He formerly held various engineering management positions at Cosine, StrataCom, Cisco, Advanced Computer Communications (ACC), Unisys, and Convergent Technologies.
He holds an M.S. in Computer Engineering from Boston University and a B.S. in Physics from Rangoon University, and holds several patents related to networking and security technologies.
He is also the author of two networking books: "Internetworking of IP and ATM" and "Interconnections SNA" (both published by McGraw-Hill and translated into Japanese and Chinese editions for the IP and ATM book).
