Background
RTI SYSTEMS (RTI) AKA "Radio-Technology and Information Systems" has been included in the Blue cabinet wiki because of some of the tech companies that they are the primary owner of are known to be providing tech to Syria. These subsidiary companies of RTI include, SITRONICS and their subsidiary INTRACOM TELECOM. Both SITRONICS and INTRACOM TELECOM have provided tech products and services to the Syrian Government owned Syria Telecom (STE).
"RTI" is a large industrial holding company and integrator of high-tech research and production companies.
The main shareholders of JSC "RTI" are
- Concern AFK Systems (84.6%) and Bank of Moscow (15.4%).
Enterprises of shareholders have their own R & D infrastructure and implement a unique complexity and scale of projects in the field of radio and space technology, navigation, and microelectronic products.

JSC RTI Systems Concern was founded in 2000 and currently comprises Academician A. L. Mints Radiotechnical Institute (RTI), JSC, Scientific Research Institute of Long-Range Radio Communications Research and Production Complex (NPK NIIDAR, JSC), DMZ-Kamov, JSC, Yaroslavl Radio Plant, JSC, UralЕlectro group, Watt Drive group, Saransk Television Plant, JSC, MTU Saturn, JSC, OKB Planeta, JSC and a number of other enterprises.
The Concern specializes in the following industries: radio engineering, aerospace and ground-based control systems, and power engineering. The company is a world leader in over-the-horizon radio-location, as well as being a major Russian developer with unique projects in the area of above-the-horizon radio-location.
The Concern is in the top 20 Russian MIC companies."
