Tim Leehealey is the CEO of AccessData. Prior to joining AccessData he was VP of Corporate Development at Guidance Software. Prior to that he was an investment banking analyst covering the security market at Wedbush Morgan. Brian Karney President & COO

Brian Karney joined AccessData June 2007 as the company’s COO. Shortly after joining, Brian spearheaded the refocusing of the company on the enterprise and eDiscovery market. Prior to joining AccessData, Karney worked for Guidance Software in Pasadena, California, and prior to that he worked for CenterBeam, a Silicon Valley IT outsourcing company. Brian Karney is one of the foremost names in the Forensics and incident response market. Rick Russell CTO

Rick Russell joined AccessData in November of 2006, bringing with him more than 20 years of experience in the software development industry. While at LANDesk, Rick led the design and development of the vulnerability patch management component of the well-known LANDesk management suite. In addition, he pioneered new localization processes to leverage existing tools in the localization trade. During the infancy of VPN technology, Rick directed the development of VPN management tools at Intermap, which provided businesses with multiple locations a secure high-availability site-to-site connectivity via the Internet. In 1987 Rick co-founded Capsoft Development Corporation, a frontrunner in document automation tools and processing. Their industry leading software assisted law firms, legal publishers, and every day business users in simplifying and speeding up the task of producing repetitive, rule-based documents. Rick received his Computer Science degree from Brigham Young University. Trey Tramonte Senior Vice President, World Wide Sales

Trey Tramonte is the Senior VP of World Wide Sales for AccessData and is in charge of all commercial and international sales related activities including sales, technical sales, and customer support. Prior to joining AccessData he ran the midmarket group at Guidance Software where he rapidly increased sales by well over 100% YOY. Before joining Guidance he worked at several other technology companies including BMC Software, BindView (purchased by Symantec) and Dell. Simon Whitburn joined AccessData in September 2008 as the International Sales Director covering all aspect of business outside of the United States. Simon has spent the last 15 years of his career in Security, Forensics and eDiscovery with McAfee, F5 and Guidance Software. Simon has been instrumental in developing the international AccessData team and markets ensuring that AccessData understands the needs, challenges and demands of the customers whether in Law Enforcement, Government or Corporation, in APAC, EMEA or the Americas. Devin Krugly joined AccessData in 2010 from the ExxonMobil Corporation to guide Marketing and Business Development for the company. At his prior employer he led a three-year effort to grow an in-house e-discovery team with proper tools to successfully execute data collection and processing related to litigation. His current role includes contributions to product functional design and workflow. Devin served in the US Army, primarily overseas as part of Task Force Eagle in Operation Joint Guard/Forge with the NATO-led stabilization force in Bosnia-Herzegovina. Devin holds a bachelor’s degree in MIS from the Bauer School of Business at the University of Houston and an MBA, with a focus in marketing from Rice University. Chad joined AccessData in 2012 and leads the company’s US channel sales strategy and go-to-market operations. He brings more than 15 years of experience in the technology industry including system management, security, and infrastructure software. Most recently Chad served as Alliances Director at CA Technologies. Prior to CA, he held channel leadership roles at BMC Software, Quest Software, and NetIQ, where he had a proven track record of expanding indirect revenue streams to support the company’s expansion and growth targets.

Kevin Golas is the VP of Professional Services for Accessdata and responsible for the development and direction of AccessData’s Professional Services division worldwide. He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), with over 15 years of experience in professional services, solutions delivery and business development. He has worked with clients in the financial services, healthcare, information technology, state and federal government, and retail industries. Prior to Joining AccessData, Kevin has served as a senior member of the worldwide forensics team with CA, a manager of computer forensics with Kroll and a Senior Manager of Investigations for T-mobile. Neil Condon is the VP of Federal at AccessData and is charge of all of the company’s federal activities. Prior to joining AccessData, he was the Director of Federal Sales for Guidance Software; and prior to that he developed and launched the federal efforts of Juniper Networks. Mr. Condon has over 20 years of experience in IT and federal sales and is proficient in leveraging industry partners and knowledge of Government contract vehicles for effective marketing and business development. Keith Lockhart is responsible for the development of forensic and encryption training solutions for local, state, federal and international law enforcement agencies, as well as worldwide corporate entities involved in the prevention, investigation and prosecution of high-technology crime. Prior to joining AccessData, Keith served as a computer crime specialist at the National White Collar Crime Center (NW3C) in Fairmont, WV. Keith served as program manager of the INET (Internet Trace Evidence Recovery & Analysis) course, providing the framework of complex research and design for its development and maintenance. Michael Stevens joined AccessData July 2006 and is responsible for the logistical aspects of the business. Prior to AccessData, Michael worked at TGN managing the company’s software distribution division. Prior to that, Michael worked for several technology manufacturing companies, including Sonic Innovations, 3COM and USRobotics. Michael has more than 15 years experience in domestic and international operations and specializes in the implementation and administration of ERP systems, such as Oracle 11i and SAP. Dan J. Dan Chapman is the Vice President of Litigation Support Services where he’s responsible for growing and developing AccessData’s ESI processing and hosted document review services. Dan brings over 15 years of experience in the litigation support/ediscovery industry where he’s successfully led project management teams, consultative sales organizations and operations facilities. Dan is CEDS certified and has authored and presented CLE’s on all aspects of the EDRM throughout the legal community including corporate counsel, law firms, and bar associations. Dan holds an MBA and earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
