• Michael Sharma, Chief Executive Officer

As CEO of Exinda Networks, Michael Sharma is responsible for managing the day-to-day business operations of the company. Prior to joining Exinda, Michael was chief operating officer and president at PlateSpin Ltd., a software company acquired in March, 2008 by Novell Inc. for $205 million.

Prior to PlateSpin, he was the vice president of worldwide sales for Platform Computing. Michael brings more than 20 years of technology industry experience and extensive operational, technical and sales expertise to Exinda. Michael also served as president of Netscape Canada and in various management roles at Oracle Corporation (Canada) and Amdahl.

• Efrem Ainsley, Chief Financial Officer

Efrem Ainsley is responsible for all of Exinda’s financial activities with the Finance, Administration and Marketing departments reporting to him. Efrem brings more than 15 years of experience as a financial professional with broad experience in financial reporting, corporate finance and compliance functions for growing technology companies.

Prior to joining Exinda, Efrem was CFO for PlateSpin. Earlier in his career, he was vice president and corporate controller with Open Text Corporation, one of Canada's largest and most profitable software companies and served as director of Finance for Cyberplex Inc, a public company and one of North America's leading technology consulting firms.

• Greg Veres, Vice President Engineering

Greg is responsible for Exinda's Product Engineering organization. Greg has over 20 years of engineering, leadership and executive management experience.

Prior to joining Exinda, Greg worked at Blue Coat Systems for over 6 years. As VP of Engineering at Blue Coat, Greg was responsible for a distributed engineering organization producing the company's security and Applications Delivery Network products, including the ProxySG, ProxyOne and various central management products.

Prior to Blue Coat, Greg was Director of Engineering at Agfa Healthcare, overseeing the production of their PACS product. Greg joined Agfa following Agfa's acquisition of Mitra Imaging, where he led the product development groups in Mitra's Waterloo Office. At Alias|wavefront, Greg held various technical and leadership roles bringing Maya, a 3D animation and rendering system, to market.

Greg holds a Bachelor of Mathematics and a Masters of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo in Ontario Canada.

• Kevin F.R. Suitor, Vice President Customer Advocacy

Kevin is responsible for delivering a best-in-class customer experience. His team is responsible for technical support, professional services and training. Between 2010 and 2012, Kevin was responsible for identifying key partnerships and building market awareness globally for Exinda Networks.

Prior to Exinda, Kevin was VP Marketing and Business Development for Redline Communications Inc where he became widely recognized for his expertise in the telecommunications industry and was Redline's primary WiMAX Forum delegate.

Prior to joining Redline in 2001, Kevin built a solid track record at the executive level in a variety of roles with organizations such as CopperCom, CTI Datacom, Tekelec, DCI Digital Communication Inc. and Wandel & Goltermann. His extensive market and technology knowledge relating to service providers and equipment manufacturers has helped him author numerous articles in several industry publications. Kevin is also a regular speaker on topics such as Unified Performance Management, WAN Optimization, Application Acceleration, broadband fixed wireless, 802.16, WiMAX, VoIP and virtual private networks.

• Nolan Rosen, Chief Marketing Officer

As Chief Marketing Officer for Exinda, Nolan provides strategic vision for the company's message, go-to-market strategy and partner ecosystem to reach new customer in new markets. Nolan brings more than 20 years experience as a senior marketing and sales executive in the IT industry, and has held several CMO and VP Marketing roles for publicly traded companies such as LANDesk, Vignette and Novell.

Prior to joining Exinda, Nolan was the founding and managing partner of CMO Solution, providing innovative and strategic marketing services to more than 50 customers ranging from early-stage startups to medium and large international organizations. Nolan has also held CMO roles at SenForce Inc, LANDesk Software and Vignette. During this time, Nolan pioneered social media and web strategies, developed a unique product portfolio management methodology, and created several innovative B2B route strategies which are now employed as de facto standards. In addition to his passion and expertise for the discipline of marketing, Nolan is a proven business leader who has participated in several acquisitions and led organizations from initial capital raising to successful exit.
