SevOne, Inc. announced it has expanded its partnership agreement with Terilogy Co., Ltd., by appointing the company as a master distributor in the Asia-Pacific region. This expanded relationship solidifies Terilogy's strategic relationship with SevOne, and provides infrastructure foundation for Asian expansion. Under the partnership agreement, Terilogy will recruit and manage resellers while continuing to resell and support SevOne's performance management solution through Terilogy Japan, where SevOne is integrated into its complete suite of best-of-breed network infrastructure solutions and technologies.

John Ryan For 15 years, John Ryan has been a private investor and active director of early stage technology companies. The founder of SunGard Data Systems, Inc., a formerly publicly-held computer services company that was recently taken private, Mr. Ryan served as its Chairman and CEO from 1976 to 1987. Since then, he has been a principal in Devon Hill Ventures, a venture investing and consulting firm with a strong technology portfolio.

Mr. Ryan has directed 25 private and public information technology companies where Devon Hill Ventures has invested. Besides serving on SevOne's board today, Mr. Ryan is currently a director of several technology and Internet companies. Among them are SAQARRA, Neoware Systems and eResearch Technology.

Mr. Ryan has a BS degree from Yale University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.


Robert S. Adelson — Chairman Bob founded Osage Investments in 1990 and has built a track record as a top-performing venture investor, consistently delivering top-decile returns on his venture investments. He is a native of Tulsa, Oklahoma, where he is a partner in a fourth generation family business. Prior to founding Osage, Bob clerked with the honorable Walter K. Stapleton, U.S. Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and practiced corporate law at the Philadelphia law firm of Wolf, Block, Schorr & Solis-Cohen. Bob's previous venture investments include Zany Brainy, Inphonic (NASDAQ: INPC), Internet Capital Group (NASDAQ: ICGE), and GHR Systems (acquired by Metavante). He is a graduate of The Yale Law School and of Yale College. Bob is a trustee of Jefferson University Hospital, where he currently serves as Chairman of the Board, Jefferson University, and Jefferson Health System. He is also President of the Board of Trustees of The Philadelphia School and is a member of The Yale Law School Fund.

Michael Phelan Michael Phelan has served as President and CEO of SevOne since September 2006 and has led the company’s founding team. As a seasoned executive and entrepreneur in the storage networking industry, Mr. Phelan has served successfully in many leadership roles including Founder/President of StorNet, Inc. and CEO/COO of SoluNet, Inc.

Mr. Phelan founded StorNet in 1990 and as the company’s CEO, he successfully built the company into a leading national consulting and storage networking integration firm. StorNet enjoyed 11 years of consecutive double-digit growth and profitability and achieved $80 million in revenue. Mr. Phelan’s leadership and expertise led the company to being awarded the Emerging Business of the Year Award by Ernst and Young in 1994. The company was sold to Vangard Technologies, Inc. in 2000. In addition, Mr. Phelan was named one of the Top 20 Visionaries in the storage networking market by CMS VAR Business magazine in 2001.

Vess Bakalov As one of the co-founders of SevOne, Vess Bakalov serves as Chief Technology Officer and is responsible for leading the company’s product development and design, and overall vision of the technology architecture.

Prior to SevOne, Mr. Bakalov served in a number of senior technical positions at BankOne, including Assistant Vice President and Network Architect. He also led the network management team for the Credit Card Services division of the company, which was the largest issuer of VISA credit cards in the U.S. During his time at BankOne, Mr. Bakalov also taught undergraduate and graduate courses as an Adjunct Professor of Computer Science at the University of Delaware.

Mr. Bakalov began his career as a technical advisor for a fast-growing CLEC. There, he led the design and engineering effort behind that company's first DSL deployment. He was also in charge of architecting and developing the network management and instrumentation strategy for the firm.
